Kickboxing

Henri Hooft, our world-renowned kickboxing champion, has brought his own “H-Kickboxing” concept to HK365. It is essentially a mixture of Thai and Dutch kickboxing; two very polar styles, but when taught together seamlessly, it produces a powerful yet agile form of kickboxing.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

  • 6:30-7:30am Bag Training/ Pads-Fight Cardio
  • 7:30-8:30am Bag Training/ Pads-Fight Cardio
  • 8:30-12:00pm *Private/ Pro training between classes upon request*
  • 12:00pm-1:15pm Fit Food Cardio
  • 5:00-6:00pm Junior Class (8yrs+)
  • 6:00-7:00pm Intermediary
  • 7:00-8:00pm Advanced

Tuesday and Thursday

  • 7:00-8:00am Kickboxing Fundamentals
  • 8:30-9:30am Women Kickboxing
  • 8:30-5:30 *Open for Private/Pro Training 10am-12pm*
  • 5:30-6:30pm Junior Wrestling
  • 6:30-7:30pm Wrestling

Saturday

  • 8:00-9:00am Bag Training
  • 9:00-10:00am Pads
  • 10:00 Open Mat/Privates
  • 12:00-1:00pm Kickboxing All Levels
