XPE Sports from Boca Raton has joined the HK 365 family and will be heading the sports performance and fitness training programs. Having produced multiple first round draft picks, XPE’s track record speaks for itself.  From NFL combine training, pro training, or group fitness, XPE will carve the athlete out of you and raise the bar on your physical fitness.

Sports Performance:

Junior Athlete Development (ages 11-13) – 2-3 sessions per week

This is XPE’s foundational youth program. By implementing our unique and cutting edge style of training during your child’s high growth period, we are able to instill proper movement mechanics and address any flexibility or bio-mechanical issues that most children see during this time. Once we address and fix these issues the program then moves on to more sport specific and performance enhancement phases where we work on acceleration, top speed, change of direction and strength training. By the end of this program you’ll notice that your child has substantially improved on all these athletic qualities which prepares them for our next, more intense program, our high school elite program.

High School / College Elite (ages 14+) – 3-5 sessions per week

This is our next level program and suits all athletes that have a true athletic development base and can handle the rigors of a 3-5 day per week program. At this stage of an athlete’s career it becomes make or break time so we will be pushing each athlete to reach their true potential. This program includes sessions that run 90-120 min and focuses on more intense speed, agility and strength training sessions. Each athlete will receive a customized and individualized program to suit their needs. This program has been developed and tested for more than a decade and is intended for athletes seeking a starting spot on their team or a college scholarship.

Collegiate / Pro Performance

Simply put, this is our most intense and rigorous program. Athletes will be training up to 2 sessions per day, 5 days per week. Everything is intense, everything is customized and everything we do within this program will get you to the next level of your career. This program is designed for high level collegiate or professional athletes.

  • Semi-private training is limited to 2 participants

Small Group Training
